    Exchanges & Refunds

    In case you're not satisfied with the product, you can return it and we'll refund you or exchange a different product!

    Please send an email to care@theayurvedaexperience.ae

    • within 30 days of your purchase
    • with proof of your purchase (your order number or email address you used to place the order)
    • with at least 1 picture of the product you received

      When return of the product is required by customer service:

      • Once confirmation is received from us, package the product safely and send it to the address provided on email.
      • Once we receive the products, we will confirm that it follows the conditions stated above and refund the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) to you using the original payment method, or your exchange product will be shipped to you.


      Once your package arrives with us, we will inspect it and, depending on whether your refund is approved, will initiate the refund, which will be credited on your original method of payment.

      Refunds are accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of The Ayurveda Experience.

      Non-Returnable Items:
      Please note the below exceptions to the above mentioned policy-

      • Clearance Sale Items
        Items purchased during clearance sales are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. We encourage you to read the product description carefully before purchasing.
      • Wholesale Orders
        No returns or refunds will be processed for wholesale orders.

      Refunds on Bulk Orders:

      To ensure fair use of our refund policy, refunds or returns on bulk purchases (defined as orders containing 4 or more units of the same or multiple products) may be subject to additional review and approval by our customer service team.

      Refunds for such bulk orders will be processed only in cases where the items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, as verified by our team.

      We reserve the right to decline refund requests for bulk orders where products have been delivered as described at the time of purchase.

      In addition, if a customer places multiple separate orders within a short period, or if there is reasonable indication that multiple customer accounts have been created or used for placing related orders, The Ayurveda Experience reserves the right to review such orders collectively. Refund requests for such cases may be declined if the products were delivered as described.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

      If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Contact your bank, since it may take some time before your refund is officially completed. Please keep in mind that bank processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund after 5-10 business days, please contact us at care@theayurvedaexperience.ae
